A Decade of Impact
Skylar Whole Person Development was established in Hong Kong with the goal of bridging the gap between academic excellence and genuine human flourishing. We noticed that schools were excelling at academic results, yet students, teachers, and parents often felt disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsupported in their personal growth.
Starting with a small team of passionate educators and counselors, we developed our first teacher training workshops and student life-skills programs. The response was overwhelming. Schools across Hong Kong began reaching out, seeking what we call the "Skylar touch" β programs that combine professional rigor with warmth and genuine care.
Today, Skylar serves over 200 schools across Hong Kong, delivering programs for teachers, students, parents, and corporate clients. Our team has grown to include specialists in education, psychology, social work, adventure therapy, and organizational development.
